Laurie Ann Timm, age 44, from DePere, Wisconsin, passed away Saturday, April 28th, 2012, after a long battle with cancer. She was born March 30th, 1968 to William B. Kaye and Katherine M. (Heagle) Myers. Laurie married Randy P. Timm on October 20th, 1990 in Green Bay, Wisconsin. She was a CNA for many years and was studying Law at Global University.
Laurie is survived by her husband, Randy P. Timm; daughters, Erica Lynn Kaye and Felicha Chantel Heagle (special friend Julia); son, Randy Patrick Timm, Jr. (special friend Mickayla); step-daughter, Amanda Leslie (special friend Bob); 3 grandchildren, Aleigh, Haley, and Kenneth; 2 step grandchildren, Tyler and Raymond; mother, Katherine Myers, sister, Rhonda Christiansen, brothers, James (Dawn) Kaye and Robert Myers; many nieces and nephews; uncles, Robert (Karon) Heagle and Kenneth (Lydia) Heagle; aunt's, Judy Kaye and Jennifer Kaye. Also surviving are brothers-in-law, Mike (Pat) DeWitt, Rodney Timm and Philip (Kim) DeWitt; sisters-in-law, Sandy (Bob) Kadrlik, Darlene DeWitt, Kim Wendt and Bobbi (Randy) Laatsch.
Laurie was preceded in death by her father, William Kaye, grandparents, Kenneth Heagle and Helen Ward; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Philip and Mildred (Jacquet) DeWitt and brother-in-law, Perry DeWitt.
The family will receive guests Tuesday, May 1st, 2012, from 5-7:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 340 S. Monroe Ave. (920-432-4841). Funeral Services will begin Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Officiating will be Pastor Dennis Toyne. Burial will be at Nicolet Memorial Gardens.
Laurie's family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Longo and the staff at UW-Madison, Dr. Bayer of Green Bay Oncology, the entire 2nd and 9th floor staffs at St. Vincent's Hospital, Pam of St. Vincent Hospital, 2nd floor and Hospice for the wonderful care. Thank you also to those who helped with Laurie's care at home. Your love and support was greatly appreciated during this difficult time.
Since Laurie's original diagnosis of cancer in 2004, her husband, Randy was devoted to her and the love and support he gave to her will always be remembered.
