Laura Mae (Weber) Andrews, age 40, of Sobieski, passed away Friday, August 30, 2019 at her home, surrounded by her family, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born January 3, 1979 in Neenah, daughter of Don Weber and the late Cheryl (Cox) Weber and was a graduate of Wabeno High School, Class of 1997.
After graduating, Laura continued her education at NWTC where she earned a degree in Accounting. She later found her home working for Humana Insurance Co. in De Pere where she worked for the past 17 years. Laura married Craig Andrews, October 10, 2015 at Calvera Springs Park in Suamico. The couple spent 8 wonderful years together, 4 as husband and wife, creating a family with Craig's twins and their little Calli Mae who was born in 2017. Her canine companion of 14 years, Baxter was her first "baby" and meant the world to her.
Laura loved to travel, shop and play cards with family and friends. She enjoyed going out to eat and especially loved sushi. She had a huge heart and always put others first. Laura's greatest joy was being an amazing mommy, wife, step-mom and friend. Family was everything to her.
Laura is survived by her husband, Craig Andrews; daughter, Calli Andrews; step-children, Hope and Christian DeMille Andrews; her dad, Don Weber; her sisters, Tricia (Steve) Beyer and Melissa (Zach Ingram) Weber; father-in-law, Darrell Andrews and sisters-in-law, Cory (Tony) Schmidt and Becky (Lance) Vanderveren. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Cheryl Weber; mother-in-law, Mary Ann Andrews; a nephew and niece Devon and Winter Rae Webb; aunts, uncles and grandparents.
A celebration of Laura's life will be held at Calvera Springs Park (2694 Flintville Rd., Suamico, WI), Friday, September 13, 2019 from 4 to 8 PM. To leave an online condolence for the family, please visit www.NewcomerGreenBay.com.
