Larry Margarum Iii

Larry Margarum III of Manitowoc, WI passed away at home on Friday, December 11, 2020. He was born on December 26, 1989 in Columbus, GA to Larry Margarum Jr. and Candice Ackley.

Larry graduated from Harris County High School in 2008. Immediately after graduation, Larry entered the United States Army where he proudly served as a Chaplain's Assistant for our country for four years.

After the Army, he went on to start a family. His pride and joy was his daughter, Kinley.

Larry enjoyed time to himself. Taking walks, hiking and being outside in general made him happy. He also enjoyed hunting with his father, spending time with his family, especially his grandparents on both sides of the family, his siblings and all of his cousins.

Larry liked to push people's buttons, only to see them smile afterwards. He was capable of taking everything to the next level, no matter the challenge he was facing.

Larry is survived by his parents: Larry (Melinda) Margarum Jr. and Candice Ackley; his daughter Kinley Margarum; his sisters: Samantha (fiance Jeremy Walters) Margarum and Madison Margarum; his brother Aaron Alvarez; paternal grandparents: Larry and Patricia Margarum; maternal grandfather Aaron Johnston; three uncles: James (Terri) Margarum, Michael (Michelle) Ackley and Charles (Rogie) Ackley; two aunts: Linda (Gary) Lawrence and Rachel Ackley; nephews: Zayden and Keaston; along with many cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Michael Ackley and Cynthia Johnston; his cousins: Charles Ackley and little Jimmy Margarum.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2020 from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Newcomer- Green Bay Chapel (340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay, WI 54301). A Prayer Service will follow at 11:00 AM. Full Military Honors will conclude the service.
