Kristine K. Selissen, 71, of Green Bay, passed away peacefully on February 25, 2024 surrounded by family, at Aurora Baycare Medical Center. She was born on February 21, 1953 to James and Ellen (Ritz) Karwedsky in Green Bay. On October 20, 1973; she married David L. Selissen. Kristine will always be known for her kind and generous heart and her great love of family.
Kristine is survived by her loving husband, David, four children: Andrew (Jennifer) Selissen, Melissa Vang, Thomas (Nicole) Selissen, and Gregory (Dawn) Selissen; seven grandchildren: Lauren and Joshua Selissen; Xavier and Maya Vang; Adyson Selissen; Shannon and Taylor Schultz; five siblings: Kathy (David) Mikulsky, Mary (Edward Jr.) Gerczak, Joseph (Lenita) Karwedsky, Robin (Joseph) Wright, and Kevin (Lisa) Karwedsky; she is further survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and dear friends. She was preceded in death by parents and brother, Michael Karwedsky.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 5, 2024, from 4:30 pm until 6:30 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 340 S. Monroe Ave, with a Rosary and sharing of memories at 6:30 pm. Visitation will continue at St. Phillip the Apostle, 312 Victoria Street, on Wednesday March 6, 2024 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, Mass at 11:00 am with Father Bill Hoffman officiating. Private graveside service will be at Allouez Catholic Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Golden House.
