Kim Hecker, 55, of Green Bay, entered into eternal peace on Sunday, June 5, 2016 surrounded by her family.
Kim was born on September 22, 1960, daughter of Robert Schoen and the late Robert Kramer and Viola Schoen. Kim enjoyed camping, fishing, and hunting in her earlier years. Kim became the first resident at Courtland Home for Independent Living and established her place there as "Mother" of the house. She will be remembered most as a loving mom, sister, and aunt.
She will be sadly missed by her son: Thaddeus "Tad" Hecker, her father Robert Schoen, and siblings: Tina (Tony Hammonds) Kramer, Ronica Kramer, Kellie Kramer, Todd (Shannon) Kramer, Jeff (Tammy) Schoen, and Brian Schoen along with numerous, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Kim is preceded in death by her sister: Amanda Kramer, and nephews: Jeremiah Coppens, Grant Schoen, and Andrew Bowser.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 10th from 10:00 AM - 11:45 AM at St. Joseph Church, 1202 12th Street, Green Bay. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12:00 PM. Interment will follow in Allouez Catholic Cemetery. Kim's family wishes to express a great deal of thanks to the wonderful and loving staff of Courtland for the great care given to her during her years living there.
