Age 51, suffered a heart attack on Wednesday, October 1, 2014. He was born June 2, 1963, a son of Bruce W. Blom and Virginia (Kraft) Huberty. Kevin enjoyed spending time with family, playing cards, riding his Harley with Dawn and loved a good movie. He had a passion for all sports (especially fishing) and enjoyed watching his son Colin play football and baseball. Kevin had a knack for making others laugh and will be dearly missed.
He is survived by his wife Dawn (Hanek), his son Colin, his mother Virginia Huberty and his father Bruce (Patricia) Blom. Kevin also leaves his siblings Jim (Tammy) Blom, Wayne (Jodi) Blom and Suzie (Rick) Lancelle. Further survived by his nieces and nephews Eric and Jamie Blom and family and Breanna and Jason Blom and families, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his step-father Tony Huberty as well as his grandparents.
Friends and relatives may call on the family from 1 to 4 PM on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 340 S. Monroe Avenue, Green Bay. A funeral service will follow at 4 PM. *(MONROE AVENUE IS CLOSED. Access to the funeral home is available off Madison Street, one block west of Monroe Ave., or Crooks Street)*
