Kenneth L. Topping, 70, of Oconto Falls, beloved husband of Judith Topping passed away on October 1, 2020 at St. Mary's Hospital in Green Bay.
Kenneth was born on May 22, 1950 in Washburn, WI son of the late James and Dorothy (Vanveter) Topping.
He is survived by his wife Judith and three children: Jon Topping, Phillip Topping, and Jill Topping along with other family and friends.
