Kenneth A. Pamperin, age 76, of Green Bay, passed away peacefully, Thursday, June 11, 2015 at home with his wife and family at his side. He was born September 23, 1938 in Green Bay, son of the late Bernard and Florence (Massey) Pamperin.
Kenny married Carol Martens, January 13, 1961 and together they enjoyed 54 loving years of marriage together and raised three children. He retired from Gold Bond Ice Cream, where he worked as a machinist for 38 years. Ken also worked for N. E. W. Curative Rehab for 17 years. Ken was passionate about restoring antique vehicles and spending time with his friends and family at their Crivitz area cabin. He adored his five grandchildren and spending time with his wife, children and family was the main joy in his life.
Kenneth is survived by his wife, Carol; children: Chris (Ed) Fisher, Keith (his partner, Scott Anderson) Pamperin and Carla (Scott Prochaska) Baeten; grandchildren: Alyssa and Erik Fisher, Jason and Jared Baeten and Alex Prochaska; brother, Dale (Nancy) Pamperin; sisters: Karen (Dan) Roffers, Janice (Harold) Smits and Diane Pamperin-Kulis; brother-in-law, Gene Menor; Carol's brother and sisters: Judy Olson, Ronald Martens and Sandra (Mike) Schmidt; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Carol's parents, Harold and Rita Martens; sister, Faye Menor; sister-in-law, Patsy Martens and nephews, Jim Smits and Jody Schmidt.
Friends and relatives may call at the NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, (340 S. Monroe Avenue, Green Bay), Monday, June 15, 2015 from 4 to 6:45 PM. A funeral service will follow at 7 PM.
