Keith D. Schacht

Keith Denis Schacht, 72, of Green Bay, passed away on August 9, 2023. He was born on May 24, 1951 to Wesley and Loretta (Paulson) Schacht in Green Bay. He proudly served our country in the Army. Keith worked as a Truck Driver for over 20 years. He was a lifetime NRA member. Keith loved being up north at the family cottage. He was an outdoorsman, he loved hunting, fishing, and campfires. When his granddaughter was younger, Keith taught her how to cook, sending her home messy. He cherished the time he spent with his family.

Keith is survived by his loving daughter, Tammy (Chad Steffens) Schacht, granddaughter, Brandi (Travis Gagnon) Ferron, great-granddaughter, Luna, Keith's very special friend, Cheryl Coenen, one brother, Jed (Bev) Schacht, two sisters: Christine (friend, Joe) LaFountain and Nancy (friend, Jack) Schacht; further survived by nieces, nephews, and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be held Thursday, August 17, 2023 Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 340 S. Monroe Ave, from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm with a memorial service at 5:00 pm, military honors will follow the service.

The family would like to extend a thank you to County Rescue personnel, Bellin Cardiac, and Unity Hospice for all their care comfort and support that was given to Keith and the family.
