Kathy J. Senn, 70, of Townsend, beloved wife of Peter Senn, passed away on September 29, 2021 at Aspirus Hospital in Wausau with her husband at her side.
Kathy was born June 30, 1951 in Green Bay, daughter of the late Leonard and Mercedes (Kollman) Schwartz. She and Pete lived in Green Bay for most her life, where they operated Pete's Lawn Care. In retirement they made their cottage in Townsend their permanent home. Kathy loved pontooning on the lake, jet skiing, four wheeling, and watching birds. She and her good friend "Baby Doll enjoyed going to craft shows and spending time together. They loved everything about their lives up north, and spending time with their family and friends. Kathy loved dogs and their pet dog "Toby Keith". The most important part of Kathy's life was her family, especially time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband Pete, and two children: Theresa (Steve) Benjamin, and Jay (Barb) Menne, along with six grandchildren: Blake, Blaise, Bryar Benjamin, and Jace, Rylee, and Izabella Menne. Kathy also leaves her brothers: Jim (Joanna) Schwartz, Gary (Madeline) Schwartz, Lenny (Patti) Schwartz and Ricky Schwartz along with special nephews, Thom Hayden, R. John Hayden, and Tony "Bones" Schwartz, and several nieces, nephews, extended family and good friends Sharon "Baby Doll" Tassoul and Marlene Ploeger. She is preceded in death a sister, Mary Hayden, and a brother, Thomas Schwartz.
A private celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions in Kathy's memory may be made to the Green Bay Chapter of the Wisconsin Humane Society.
