Juel Smith

Juel Smith, age 74, of Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly, Thursday, November 2, 2023. She was born March 29, 1949 in Milwaukee, WI, daughter of the late Thomas and Dolores (Abbott) Mosal and was a graduate of John Marshall High School, Milwaukee, WI.

Juel married Timothy Smith, December 24, 1984 in their home. They shared 39 years of marriage and adventures together. She held various jobs in many different locations, most recently a gate agent for American Eagle Airlines at Austin Straubel Airport in Green Bay.

Juel's passion was travel. She was fortunate to visit countries and places around the world with her family, including multiple tours of Europe and most recently Egypt. She was a gal with an eye for a bargain and read multiple books every week. Juel loved music, especially The Beatles. Watching Wisconsin sports on T.V. was one of her favorite past times. Her greatest joy was being a devoted wife, wonderful mother and proud grandmother.

Juel is survived by her husband, Tim; her 3 sons: Bradd (Alissa) Mosal, Anthony (Laura) Henschel and Alexander (Catrina) Smith and 6 grandchildren: Darren, Bryce, Zachary, Lily, Eleanor and Xavier.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Lynne Maier.

Visitation will be held at Newcomer-Green Bay Chapel (340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay, WI), Wednesday, November 15, 2023 from 4 to 6 PM. A memorial service will follow at 6 PM.
