Judy A. Stebane, 75, passed away at home on Wednesday, December 29, 2021. She was born on March 10, 1946 in Oshkosh, WI.
On September 2, 1967, Judy married the love of her life, Dennis Stebane, in Oshkosh, WI. They lived and farmed in Forest Junction and together they raised three children. Judy retired from Kimberly Clark after 47 years of employment. She was a member of the High Cliff Ridge Riders, the Calumet County Horse Promoters, the Winnebago Kennel Club, and was a Calumet County Fair stock holder. In her spare time, Judy liked to follow the family to race tracks, riding horses, oil painting, kayaking, crafting, thrifting, and spending time with family and friends.
Judy is survived by her husband of 54 years, Dennis Stebane; her three children: Scott Stebane, Tracey (Brian) Nett, and Travis (Nikki) Stebane; two grandchildren: Mikayla TeBeest and Cody TeBeest; her sisters: Sharon (Richard) Schultz, Debra (Dwight) Becker, and Lynn Hable.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Walter and Florence Hable; her in-laws: Rueben and LeMeryl Stebane; grandparents: Joachim and Anna Spanbauer; aunts and uncles: Frank Spanbauer, Albert and Leona Spanbauer, Leonard Spanbauer, Robert Spanbauer, Clarence Spanbauer, Norbert Spanbauer, Norman and Lorraine Spanbauer, Lorraine and Joseph Karl, and Lucille Spanbauer.
Private family services will be held for Judy in the future.
Judy's family would like to thank the first responders and staff of the Dickinson County Medical Center and the Florence County officers for their response.
