Judith M. Heney

Judith M. Heney, age 80, passed away on May 8, 2023 at St. Mary's Hospital with her family by her side. She was born on September 27, 1942 in Dykesville, the daughter of the late Louis and Victoria (De Beck) Du Bois. Judy was firm in her Catholic faith and would listen to gospel music. She enjoyed gardening in her earlier years and watching over her grandchildren. Judy was always willing to help any one in need.

Judy is survived by her three sons: Dan (fiancée Julie) O'Connell, Mike (Stephanie) O'Connell, and John (Michelle) Heney; two daughters: Jean O'Connell and Mary (Keith) Heney; eight grandchildren: Dean, Ryan, Quintin, Cooper, Matt, Alex, Felicia, and Quinton; several great-grandchildren, brothers-in law: Donald Siegmund, Ronald Barlament and Roger (Patti) Ferron. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Judy was preceded in death by her parents, and all her brothers: Linus, infant Myron, Hillarion (Lucille & Valerie and Hilary (Joanne) Du Bois, sisters: Albina (Frank) Derenne, Helen (Marvin) Finendale, Evelyn Ferron, Laverne Siegmund, Marjorie Barlament and infant Beverly.

Friends and family may visit at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, Receptions, 340 S. Monroe Ave on Monday, June 12, 2023 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm with a memorial service following at 5:00 pm. Private inurnment will take place at Allouez Catholic Mausoleum.
