Joyce Marshman

Joyce MaryAnn Marshman (Unger), 80, of Clintonville, WI formally from Shawano, WI passed away Thursday, July 12, 2018 at Appleton Medical Center. Joyce was born April 18, 1938 in Milwaukee, WI. Daughter of Ralph and Caroline (Gumieny) Unger. She was the oldest daughter of five children. She graduated from Greendale High School, Milwaukee, WI. She was employed as a secretary and later as a sales representative. In 1957, Joyce married William Drefahl Jr. They were married for 25 years with five children and lived in both the Milwaukee, WI area and moved to the Bear Creek, WI area. She was then married to Charles (Don) Marshman after divorcing. Joyce enjoyed time at the lake with family, friends, gardening, crocheting, and spoiling her grandchildren. Joyce is survived by her children Linda Sipiorski (Robert) of Clintonville, WI, Lori McGinty (Daniel) of River Falls, WI, Llewellyn Drefahl (fiancé Stacey Schulke) of Iola, WI and Lynette Schulke (Aaron) of Symco, WI. There are six grandchildren Reese (Kim) Sipiorski, Trace Sipiorski, Samuel McGinty, Bryce Schulke, Brystal Schulke, and Paige Drefahl. Great grandchildren Laklin Sipiorski and Elijah Sipiorski. Joyce also had two step sons Russ (Brenda) Marshman and family and Tom Marshman. Joyce is also survived by her three sisters Jean (Jim) Bischoff of Fort Myers, FL, Janet Drefahl of Mukwonago, WI, and Theresa (Jim) Wardon of Wind Lake, WI. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Charles Marshman, son Larry Drefahl, brother Roger Unger and brother-in-law Robert Drefahl. A private family gathering will be held Friday, August 3, 2018.
