Joseph Stephen Reiffers

December 19, 1984 — July 15, 2022

Joseph, Joe or Joey (to those who knew him), Reiffers passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 15th.

Joe was born on December 19th, 1984 to his parents, Jim and Maggie Reiffers. It was joked in the family that he was his older brother Jim's Christmas present. He graduated from East High School in 2003. He married the love of his life, Christine in 2011 and welcomed two sons, Henry (2015) and Hudson (2018), into their lives. They were the most important parts of his life.

Henry Ford said, "Quality means doing it right when no one is looking." Joe took this to heart in his life/job and would always be fixing things that others didn't take the time to do right the first time. He was a tinkerer and could fix almost anything you gave him. He was a huge car buff, loving Fords and Jeeps.

He is survived by his parents, Jim and Maggie, his wife Christine, son's Henry and Hudson, his siblings, Jennifer (Nick & Abbie), Jim (Heather Hailley, Matt, Shawn), Rita (Alan, Layla, Brooke, Reid, Sawyer) and Tom (Julia).

He was preceded in death by his nephews, Jack and Gage Huffman, along with both his Maternal and Fraternal Grandparents, his Uncle Ken Waller, Aunt Barbara and Uncle Ron Schram, Uncle Robert Reiffers and Uncle Dennis Gilbert.

There will be a Celebration of Life on Sunday, August 7th, 2022 at Josten Park South (Daly Drive entrance) from 11am to 5pm. Wear Ford memorabilia or Ford Blue in honor of Joe and his love for Ford's.

For any questions about the Celebration please contact Maggie Reiffers.
