Joseph F. Carpiaux, 85, of De Pere, passed away on December 26, 2023 at Woodside Lutheran Home. He was born on December 5, 1938 to Joseph and Marie (Albers) Carpiaux in Green Bay. On June 2, 1962, he married Sharon R. Couvillion. Joseph worked as a Machine Tender for Procter and Gamble for over 30 years. After retiring, Joseph and Sharon moved to Bella Vista, Arkansas; and in 2016 they returned to the Green Bay area. He was an avid golfer, once retired he tried to golf everyday. Joseph enjoyed the time he spend with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Joseph is survived by his loving wife, Sharon of 61 years, three children: Kelly Leiterman, Tina Cleereman, and Brad Carpiaux; 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and one sister, Barbara (Bob) White; he is further survived by nieces, nephews, and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Robert Carpiaux.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 3, 2024, 4:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 340 S. Monroe Ave., with a memorial service to follow at 5:30 pm. Private inurnment will take place at Nicolet Memorial Gardens.
