Jon Bechard, age 32, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 4, 2020 surrounded by people who loved him at a place he loved. He was born on May 27, 1988 in Green Bay the son of David and Joan (Paape) Bechard. Jon had a great sense of humor and loved making people laugh. He always enjoyed spending time with his family and friends especially his daughters and brother. Jon enjoyed music and often sent new videos to family and friends of music that they would enjoy. He really thought his true calling was pairing people and their pet dogs. The last one was Puddy who he paired with his aunt. Jon was a huge Packer Fan and a season ticket holder, he was often heard saying, "Brett Farve is the greatest quarterback ever!" Jon was often found fishing, with his beverage of choice, PBR; and a pack of Parliment Lights.
Jon is survived by his daughters: Norah and Penelope, and their mother, Alma Wolfe, his mother, Joan, one brother, Joe (Jasmine) Bechard and their sons, James and Jaxon; and his best friend, Matt Pichette. He is further survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his father, David, brother-cousin, Robert Schadrie, and grandparents.
Friends and family can visit at Newcomer Chapel, 340 S. Monroe Ave., on Tuesday, July 14, 2020, with an outside receiving line from 2:00 pm until 2:30 pm and a face mask required time inside from 2:30 pm until 4:00 pm. A time to sharing memories will happen at 4:00 pm.
