John "Jack" DeFrance, age 74, passed away on December 31, 2019 at Aurora Baycare Medical Center, with his family by his side. He was born on March 24, 1945 in Green Bay the son of the late Ralph and Margaret (Schleis) DeFrance. Jack went to St. Phillips Catholic School and later went to Preble High School. He was united in marriage to Sandra Margraf on June 10, 1967 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Their marriage was blessed with two children. Jack worked at Green Bay Packaging for 35 years. Jack liked traveling, and he always enjoyed meeting new people. He loved to joke with everyone.
Jack is survived by his wife, Sandra of 52 years, two children: Lisa (fiancé Brian Bolssen) Noskowiak of Green Bay and David (Holly) DeFrance of North Carolina; six grandchildren: Kayla, Alyssa, Sierra and Tanner Noskowiak, Austin and Jordyn DeFrance; one brother, Charles (Jane DeMoulin) DeFrance, brother-in-law: Gerry (Darlene) Margraf, further survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends. He was preceded by his parents, two brothers, Richard and Douglas DeFrance.
