Jerry S. Cichocki

Jerome S. "Jerry" Cichocki, age 80, of Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly at his home, Sunday, April 4, 2021. He was born December 22, 1940 in Green Bay, son of the late Harry and Marion Cichocki and was a graduate of Green Bay East High School.

After graduation, Jerry enlisted in the US Army and honorably served his country during the Vietnam War and Korean Conflict. He married Deborah Plzak, July 13, 1992 in Fond du Lac and they were married for 28 loving years. Jerry was a member and former President of the Eagle's Club.

Jerry enjoyed trips to the casino, solving Sudoku puzzles and fishing. He had a great sense of humor and he loved to tell his duck joke!

Jerry is survived by his wife, Debbie; his children, Sabrina Hoffmann and Dereck (Nicole) Plzak and 4 grandchildren: Ashlee and Hunter Hoffmann and Bane and Cylin Plzak.

He was preceded in death by his brother, James Cichocki.

Visitation will be held at Newcomer-Green Bay Chapel (340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay, WI), Saturday, April 10, 2021 from 1 to 3 PM. Military honors will be rendered at 3 PM.

Jerry's family would like to extend their gratitude to the first responders that came to Jerry's aid in his time of need.
