Jerome G. Krueger, 77, Green Bay, passed away peacefully with his family by his side after a courageous battle with cancer Saturday, February 16, 2013. He was born July 24, 1935, to the late George and Virginia Krueger. Jerry was a Master Gardener and influential in the development of the Green Bay Botanical Gardens. He was an avid artist involving many mediums. Jerry used his yard as a palette, bursting with exotic flowers and plants. As a young man he earned honors as an Eagle Scout and later supported scouting as a troup leader. He proudly served his country during the Korean War in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife Karen Krueger; 3 children: Jon (Bonnie) Krueger; Kathy (Steven) Lee; and Karen (special friend, Tobin Rockey) Ryan; his children's mother, Boots Baker; grandchildren: Elisa (Charles), Aaron, Alex, Leslie, Kelsey, and Elizabeth; step-children, Jon, Chris, and Cathy; and brother, Bill (Cheryl) Krueger.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Diane Carter.

Memorials may be made in Jerry's memory to the Green Bay Botanical Gardens.
