Jean M. (Greve) Radeke, Green Bay, passed away on Friday, November 22, 2013.
She was born on September 21, 1935, in Dixon, IA, to the late Leroy & Frances Greve.
Jean graduated from Wheatland High School in 1954, and later from Iowa State University in 1958, with a degree in home economics.
She married Melvin J. Radeke on July 6, 1957, in Davenport, IA. Their first home was in Ames, IA, but have called Green Bay home since 1967.
Jean was an excellent seamstress, avid bridge player, sports enthusiast. However her biggest passion in life was her family. She was very supportive and involved in her children's and grandchildren's activities throughout their lives.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Melvin; three children, Monte (Carolyn) Radeke and their children, Mason and Marisa, of Santa Barbara, CA, Kirk (Susan) Radeke and their children, Leah and Carmen, of Green Bay, and Mindy Radeke and her children, Carly (Alberto) Vazquez and SPC. Dylan Rutta, of Milwaukee, WI; great granddaughter, Sofia; siblings, Gerald Greve, Mary (Bob) Boock, and Sandy (Lee) Loftus; in-laws, Ruth Ann Greve, Wayne Radeke and Betty Radeke.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Donald Greve.
Friends may call from 2:00pm until 4:00pm on Tuesday, November 26, 2013, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay. A memorial service will be held at 4:00pm on Tuesday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in her name
