Janet B. Jones, age 81, of Suring, WI, passed away peacefully, Saturday, August 26, 2023. She was born June 5, 1942 in Ballston Spa, NY, daughter of the late Frederick and Anna (Wandyak) Uline.
Janet met the love of her life, Noble F. Jones, in New York, while he was serving in the US Navy. They married in September of 1961 and they shared 62 years together and were blessed with 2 children, Jamie and Lane and a grandson, Blake. Janet worked as a caregiver at a nursing home in Gillett for many years.
Janet had a soft spot in her heart for animals. She shared her home with many cats and dogs over the years. Janet and Noble enjoyed traveling together, especially to their favorite vacation spot, Aruba.
Janet is survived by her husband, Noble; her children, Jamie Jones and Lane (Michelle) Jones; grandson, Blake (Jennie) Haun; granddaughters, Brooke Haun and Robyn (Alex) Fry; 4 great-grandchildren: Mitchell, Chloe, Brynlee and Sophia and a brother, Fred (Linda) Uline. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Per Janet's wishes, no services will be held.
