James Neely, 67, of Green Bay passed away peacefully on March 1, 2022.
James was born in Fulton County, Kentucky, on May 20, 1954 to Leroy Neely and Arlena (Dickerson) Neely Strope.
He loved his children and grandchildren and loved spending time with his family. James also loved nature and the outdoors and really enjoyed taking long walks. Cooking and enjoying a variety of foods was also one of his passions. He enjoyed working out and keeping himself fit. James had a vibrant personality and was cherished by his family.
James is survived by his children; Arlena (Dean Schroth) Neely, Jelani (Candace Sangraw) Neely, James Neely, Devante Neely, James R. Neely, Grandchildren; Phoenyx Peterson, Ryver Schroth, Jirou Neely and Escanor Neely, Siblings; Helen, Tricia, Tony, Trina, Reggie and Paris.
James was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Lela.
