Isaac Lee Saldaã±A

Isaac Lee Saldaña passed away surrounded by the love of his family on Tuesday, February 18, 2014. He was born November 25, 2013, in Green Bay to Adam Saldaña and Lattana Chittavong.

Survivors include his parents, Adam and Lattana; sisters, Natalia and Annalee Saldaña; maternal grandparents, Phouvieng and Sireuang Chittavong; paternal grandparents, Angela Burns and Chester Saldaña; paternal great-grandparents, Gene and Joyce Burns; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives.

Isaac was preceded in death by his paternal great-grandparents, Amado and Teresa Saldaña.

Family and friends may gather Friday, February 21, 2014, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay, from 10:00am until 11:00am. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 11:00am with Pastor Jim Downs officiating. Burial will be at Fort Howard Memorial Park.

Isaac's family would like to thank God first and foremost for bringing Isaac into their lives. They would like to extend a thank you to the staff at St. Vincent Hospital, Bellin Hospital, Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, and all of his kind nurses and doctors. A special thank you from Adam and Lattana to all of their family and friends for the prayers, love, and support through this difficult time.
