Gregory L. Walschinski, 53, Green Bay, died unexpectedly on October 4, 2015. Born on June 12, 1962, in Tacoma, WA he is the son of John and Sue (Pilz) Walschinski.
Greg was an artist and musician who enjoyed nature and animals especially birds.
Greg is survived by his father, John; brothers and sister, Rick (Lori) Walschinski, Jim (Patty) Walschinski, Lori (Larry) Burrows, and John (Annie) Walschinski, all of Green Bay, and Dan (Bridget) Walschinski, Minneapolis; nieces and nephews, Sara, Matthew, Adam, Alex, Bradley, April, Melissa, Ashley, Tia, Stormy, and Nick.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Suzanne and his grandparents.
Memorial visitation will be held at the NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, (340 S. Monroe Avenue, Green Bay) on Thursday, October 8, 2015 from 5 to 6:45 PM. A funeral service will follow at 7 PM. Visitation will continue on Friday, October 9, 2015 at Saints Peter & Paul Church (710 N Baird St, Green Bay) at 10 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM. Inurnment will be in Allouez Catholic Cemetery Mausoleum.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a memorial fund has been established in Greg's name.
