Gloria J. Bero

Gloria J. Bero, 72, passed away peacefully in her sleep on June 26, 2023. She was born on April 2, 1951 in Green Bay, WI to the late Jerry and Alice (Peterson) Bero.

Gloria enjoyed time with family and friends. She was a proud Preble Hornet (class of 1969), avid Packer fan, Elvis Presley fan, card and dice player, and enjoyed family vacations in St Germain, WI and several years at her parents' trailer in Gresham, WI. Gloria was best known for her enthusiasm for life, joy of decorating for every holiday, and being a loving mother and grandmother.

Gloria dedicated 35+ years to being an administrative assistant at Peoples Marine Bank in downtown Green Bay, now known as Chase Bank after several name changes. She then worked at Home Depot until her retirement in 2016.

Gloria will be deeply missed by her children, Heidi (Karl) Kuhr and Tyler (Hannah) Ninneman; grandchildren, Harlie, Ryder, and Harper; brother, Scott (Karen) Bero; sister, Penny (Dave) Duggan; nieces, Becky (Dan) Dempsey and Robin Bero; great nieces, Taniah, Olivia, and Alaina; cousins, and other family and friends, including Jan and Mike Calaway, Ann and Bruce Lynch, and Dick and Jill DeMuth.

Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, aunts, uncles, and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home (340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay), Thursday, July 6th from 4 to 6 PM. A memorial service will follow at 6 PM. Memorials may be directed to her children.
