Gloria A. Lindow, 83, Green Bay, went to be one of God's Angels, Tuesday, October 9, 2012. She was born August 3, 1929, in Bay Settlement, to the late Desire and Flora (Devos) Vandermause. Gloria married the late Norbert De Greef. She then married Willard "Lefty" Lindow on November 19, 1975 and celebrated 21 years together until his passing on February 26, 1997. Gloria enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her two children: Linda (Carl) Holmes and Robert (Barbara) De Greef; 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter; 2 brothers, Henry (Josephine) Vandermause and Jerry (Anna Mae) Vandermause; sisters-in-law, Gloria and Barb Vandermause; and many other relatives and friends.
Gloria was preceded in death by her first husband, Norbert De Greef; her second husband, Lefty Lindow; daughter, Kathy (Peter) Tenor; infant daughter, Laurie Ann; 4 brothers; 4 sisters; loving canine companion, Peanut.
Family and friends may call Saturday, October 13, 2012, at Blessed Sacrament Church, 825 N. Webster Ave., Green Bay, from 9:00am until 11:00am. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at the church on Saturday, at 11:00am, with The Rev. Ray Ryerson officiating. Entombment will be in Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum.
