Geraldine Marlene (Niec) Knope, 90, of Oconto Falls, passed away on February 24, 2025, peacefully at home.

She was born on May 11, 1934 to Casmir “Charlie” and Beatrice (Potkamaris) Niec in Pulaski, Wisconsin.

Geraldine worked for the City of Oconto Falls and held many other part time jobs, including at the hospital gift shop, for many years. Gerry enjoyed being a member of the Red Hatters, participating in church activities and bible group, and played with the same women in bridge club for many decades. Gerry loved her faith, family and friends dearly. She enjoyed food, fun and always loved fresh flowers.

She was preceded in death by her grandson, Jeremy Knope (Jeffrey).

Funeral services will be held at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Oconto Falls, Wisconsin, during her favorite time of year, the spring, with more information to come.
