Gary Allen Wallace Sr., age 65, of Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly, Tuesday, April 16, 2024. He was born in Green Bay on July 11, 1958, son of the late Clifford and Germaine (LaCrosse) Wallace.
Gary was united in marriage with Lisa Piton and they were blessed with 4 children.
Gary "Ghost Rider" had a unique and explicit sense of humor. He commonly insisted on being referred to as "Ghost Rider." He loved to joke and have fun with everyone he met. Music was one of his greatest past times and he often made up his own songs. He enjoyed watching horror movies and cheering on the Packers. Family game nights were times he cherished. Gary lived life on the edge and the memories of his outrageous quotes keep his family laughing. He will be greatly missed.
Gary Sr. is survived by his children: Gary (Tasha) Wallace Jr., Ashley (Adam) Pamperin and Chase (Shelby) Wallace; 7 grandchildren: Hailey, Alexis and Ava Wallace, Hunter and Ciara Pamperin and Audi and Maverick Wallace; one great-grandson, Nicholas Pamperin; 2 brothers, Jeff and Dave (Wanda) Wallace and 2 sisters, Lori (Doug) Hurkmans and Tami Laabs. He is further survived by his former wife, Lisa (Randy) White, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Nicholas Wallace and a brother, Ricky Wallace.
Visitation will be held at Newcomer-Green Bay Chapel (340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay, WI), Monday, April 22, 2024 from 4 to 6 PM. A funeral service will follow at 6 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials directed to the family will be used for the future purchase of a brick in Gary's honor at Lambeau Field.
