Frank S. Bennett (August 3,1941 - September 6, 2022) passed away peacefully with his family by his side at Bellin Hospital on Tuesday September 6, 2022. The Bennett family would like to thank the entire Bellin Medical Team for their kindness, compassion and expertise during their time of sadness and grief.
Frank was a man of many talents. He played trumpet, cards, softball and golf. He loved hunting for pheasant, fishing and spending countless hours with his three grandsons.
His passion in life was talking about politics and taxes. He was a true Packer fan. He spent a successful career at Proctor & Gamble after graduating from the University of Wisconsin Madison and settled in Green Bay in 1973.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Betty, his daughter Michele Rae (partner Kim Schnick), his son Michael (wife Carole) and his three grandsons Eliot Bolf, Mclain Bolf, and Chael Bennett.
He was a strong, honest and intelligent man with integrity to the core. If he believed in something, he didn't back down. He loved trivia and was full of random facts. He will be fondly remembered for his boisterous laugh and his renditions of Johnny Cash.
As an Airforce veteran, Frank will be honored with a military send off at Newcomer Funeral Home on Monday September 12, 2022 at 6pm. Visitation precedes the service from 4pm until 6pm.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
