Florence M. Lhost

May 16, 1922 — September 5, 2018

Florence Mary (Lhost) Gardipee, age 96, of Green Bay, went to her eternal rest, Wednesday, September 5, 2018.

Florence was born May 16, 1922 to the late John P. and Caroline (Kerkhoff) Verheyen in the Town of Rockland.

Florence married William Henry Lhost in Green Bay, WI in 1940. Florence retired from the Downtowner Motel where she was the head of housekeeping. Florence was a member of St. Agnes, Green Bay. She recently donated an icon of St. Theresa in memory of her parents. The icon hangs in the church for everyone to enjoy. Florence shared her gifted talent of cooking and baking with her family and friends. In 2004 she took a 10 day cruise to the Virgin Islands with her son, Glenn and daughter-in-law, Cathy. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, playing cards and bingo and going to the casino. She was always willing to help anyone, she had a heart of gold. She will be greatly missed by everyone.
