Ethelyn "Ethel" A. Carlson, 79, of Green Bay, WI passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. She was born on November 17, 1942 to the late William and Ethel (Schrader) Wood in Marinette, WI.
Ethel worked for over 30 years in retail and retired from Kohl's in 2008. She enjoyed reading, doing crosswords, puzzles, crocheting, knitting and spending time with her family.
Ethel is survived by her daughters: Tracey Carlson and Wendy (Mike) Dudley; five grandchildren: Taylor, Kaitlyn (Isaiah), Mackenzie, Jacob and Michael; four great-grandchildren: Mason, Addilyn, Axel and Alaina; her cousin Judi Polandski and many nieces, nephews and friends. Along with her parents, Ethel is preceded in death by her sister Carol Gerondale; her brother-in-law Dave Gerondale; cousin Terry Schrader and her son-in-law Keith Melotte.
A Celebration of Ethel's Life will be held at a later date. Memorials in Ethel's name can be made to the Green Bay Humane Society.
