Ervin J. Servais, age 93, of Green Bay, passed away peacefully, Friday, November 4, 2022. He was born in Kewaunee County, WI, November 12, 1928, son of the late Francisco and Mary (Wery) Servais and was a graduate of Green Bay East High School, Class of 1946.
After graduation, Ervin was drafted into the US Army and proudly served his country until his honorable discharge. He was employed as a machine operator for Northern Paper Company for most of his career.
Ervin was an avid outdoorsman and loved to fish. He enjoyed feeding peanuts to squirrels all winter long.
Ervin is survived by his sister, Bernice Baker, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Walter (Irene) Servais and Marvin (Joan) Servais; his sisters, Gloria O'Brien and Marion (Norb) Grundhoeffer and brother-in-law, Dempsey Baker.
Visitation will be held at Newcomer-Green Bay Chapel (340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay, WI), Thursday, November 17, 2022 from 4 to 5 PM. A memorial service will follow at 5 PM with full military honors.
Ervin's family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff at McCormick home, as well as Unity Hospice for their care and support.
