Enrique Mora, 80, of Green Bay, passed away February 6, 2022, unexpectedly after an accidental fall. His wife of 19 years, Diana and Step-son Patrick, were by his side.
He was born in Mexico City, June 26, 1941, to Enrique Mora and Cleotilde Morales and became a United States citizen in 2000.
Enrique was an expert in the manufacturing industry, traveling throughout the world consulting for companies on Lean Manufacturing, World Class Maintenance, and Management Through Leadership.
He was an inspiring and motivational bi-lingual public speaker. He made many friends everywhere and especially in Green Bay.
When he married Diana, the love of his life, in 2002, Green Bay became his home.
That first winter snow fall here, he was so delighted. He loved the Packers, the people and the food (especially brats and chicken at The Redwood Inn). He loved his 2 rescue dogs, Jessie and Lina from the Green Bay Humane Society.
In 2011 he began working as a Spanish interpreter in the medical field. His caring and sympathetic manner touched many lives.
He is survived by his wife, Diana, son, Enrique Mora Jr., daughters, Mirna and Anita, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister in law, Joyce Kennedy, brother in law, Lou Salcido; step sons, Scott Conrad and Patrick Conrad.
Enrique was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, and a sister in law.
His family wishes to extend a special thank you to the nurses, doctors and pastoral care at St. Vincent Hospital for their care and concern for Enrique and his family.
A celebration of Enrique's life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers the family would asks that donations be made in Enrique's name to Curative Workshop of Green Bay and the Green Bay Animal Shelter.
