Emanuel "Bud" E. Keller, Jr. 84, of West Bloomfield, WI, went to his heavenly home on Tuesday, November 12, 2019. He was born to the late Emanuel and Anita (Nero) Keller, Sr. on August 27, 1935, in Cedarburg, WI. He is a graduate of Wautoma high school. On August 13, 1958, Bud joined the US Army and served his country for two years. When he was discharged, Bud joined the reserves. Bud married the love of his life, Judy Pickhardt, on January 19, 1963. Before moving to West Bloomfield with his wife Judy and two kids Scott and Lori, he worked at Kohler Company in Kohler, WI. In West Bloomfield he owned and operated Keller's Bar. After selling the business, he worked for Presto Products in Weyauwega as a maintenance man.
Bud enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in West Bloomfield where he worked on many projects for the Church and school. He was a hunting and fishing enthusiast. In his early days, he was also an avid bowler. He also liked trap shooting. Bud was great with his hands and was known as the guy you could always call if you needed help.
Bud is survived by his dear wife, Judy Keller; son Scott Keller; daughter Lori (Jason) Freiboth; two grandchildren: Aubrey Freiboth and Cassi (Tim) Woodley; two brothers: Ron (Judy) Keller and Leroy (Rosemary) Keller; three sisters: June Wacholtz, Carol (Marlyn) Pufhal, and Rosemary (Dick) Tellock. He is furthers survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Along with his parents, Bud is preceded in death by five brothers: Keith, Norval "Kelly", Robert "Bob", Larry, and Melvin; and a sister Betty Hay.
Visitation for Bud will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at Christ Lutheran Church (N6412 WI-49, Weyauwega, WI 54983) from 12pm-2pm.
