Elizabeth J. Maynard

Elizabeth J. (Micolichek) Maynard passed away peacefully at home on Friday, February 18, 2022. Elizabeth was born on February 10, 1936 to the late Harry and Mary (Gerlikowksi) Micolichek.

Elizabeth loved tending to her flowers and being in nature. She always said she was going to be God's Gardener when she arrived home in Heaven. She had a love for animals, especially birds. She was a wonderful mother and a fantastic grandmother. Elizabeth was an extraordinary woman; her family was everything to her and she will be dearly missed by all who met her.

Elizabeth was survived by her children: her late son, David Bogdanski, Susan Pike, Cynthia Bogdanski, and Steven (Malinda) Bogdanski; many grand children and great grandchildren; two brothers: Zeno and Sylvester (Linda) Micolichek; one sister, Lorraine Binsfeld; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by six brothers: Miron, Harold, Clarence, Andy, Melvin, and Harry Jr.; two sisters: Margaret and Mary; and her son in law, Barry Pike.

Visitation for Elizabeth will be held on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at Newcomer Green Bay Chapel from 10 am to 11 am. A prayer service will follow at 11 am.

Elizabeth's family would like to thank Unity Hospice, Chantell, Gail, Missy, and Fr. Brian Belongia for all their support through this difficult time.
