Elizabeth A. "Betty" Kratz, age 72, of Green Bay, passed away on Saturday, December 2, 2017, with her family by her side.
She was born on September 19, 1945, in Green Bay to the late Merle & Cecelia Kratz.
Betty graduated from Oconto Falls High School. She was a longtime employee of Buddah's Sausage Shop and enjoyed chatting with all of the customers. Betty was an avid Packer fan and rarely missed watching a game. She was very proud of her family and enjoyed spending time with her siblings, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and their children.
Survivors include her daughter, Tina (Kipp) Horsens; grandchildren, Sophia and Emelie Horsens; sister, Judy (Keith) Wirtz; sister-in-law, Bev Kratz; nephews, nieces and cousins; two special classmates, Bev Wirtz and Sharon Van Ark.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Norman Kratz; sisters, Bonnie Clausen, Kathleen Kratz and infant sister, Margaret; nieces, Debbie Woods and Joanne Wirtz.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm on Wednesday, December 6, 2017, at Newcomer-Green Bay Chapel, 340 S. Monroe Ave. A funeral service will be held at 6:00 pm.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Sun Valley Assisted Living and Unity Hospice.
