Elizabeth Jane Keon

Elizabeth (Liz) Jane Keon, 83, of Green Bay, passed away on Nov. 12th after a battle with cancer.
Liz was born on November 3rd, 1939, to David & Melissa Kupsch in Marinette, Wisconsin, and then moved to Green Bay, Wisconsin, at the age of 2. Attending Norwood, Franklin Junior High, & graduating East High School in 1958 where she was still an active member of the reunion committee.
In 1957, Liz met Wayne Keon, and they wed in 1959, going on to have 4 children, Dennis, Dale, Kelly, & Matthew.
After retiring in 1995, Liz spent a great deal of her time traveling the world and United States. She was engaged in charities and women's clubs being named "Woman of the Year" in the Crivitz Area Woman's Club.
Liz was predeceased by her mother and father, David and Melissa Kupsch; brothers, Alan (Sonny) and George Kupsch, and sister, Dorothy Kupsch Rosinsky. Liz is survived by husband, Wayne; children, Dennis (Jamie), Dale, Kelly, and Matthew; grandchildren, Samuel, Dorothy, Jason, and Stephanie; great-grandchildren, Deckar, Hadlie, Mallie, Jackson, and Mila; brother-in-law, Richard (Mary) Keon; sister-in-law, Jeanie Keon, and nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A memorial visitation will take place on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 from 11 am – 12 pm at Our Saviour Lutheran Church (120 S. Henry St. Green Bay, WI) with a memorial service to follow at 12 pm.
