Duane R. Riehle

Duane R. Riehle, 70, of Amberg beloved husband of the late Diane (Betry) Riehle, departed this life much too soon on October 1, 2020. Duane was born on October 25, 1949 in Milwaukee. He was preceded in death by his parents Elmer and Rita (Esselman) Riehle and his brother, Col. Eugene Riehle USA (Annette)

He is survived by his three children: Rev. Christine McFarland, Mike (Shelly) Riehle, and Michelle Riehle and 5 treasured grandchildren: Joey, Ava, Jermaine, Jordan, and Justin.

Duane retired in 2004 after 32 years of service as a dedicated employee of Milwaukee Public Schools. Opting for early retirement he and Diane relocated to Amberg where they found enjoyment in the quietness of the north woods. In his spare time he enjoyed volunteering, hunting and spending time with friends, family and his four legged companions and his special friend Carole.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9, 2020 from 10 AM - 11 AM at St. Agnes Church in Amberg. A Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11AM. Newcomer Cremations Funerals & Reception has been entrusted with arrangements.
