Donna Mae Gretzon, age 85, of Luxemburg, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at Anna's Home in New Franken. She was born August 27, 1934 in Oconto Falls, WI, daughter of the late Walter and Emma (Sonnenburg) Holl.
Donna was a woman of many talents. She owned and operated a large dairy farm, managed rental properties, was one of the first female truck drivers, was a talented quilter and quilting teacher, kept a beautiful bird and flower garden, and was an avid reader. She had a soft spot in her heart for animals and was secretly giving to ASPCA animal charity for many years. Donna was a devoted wife, loving mother and proud grandma.
Donna is survived by her 2 children, Dennis Gretzon and Cynthia (David) Urbansky; 5 grandchildren: Aaron Gretzon, Sarah (Jim) Kehring, David (Rachel) Urbansky, Shannon Gretzon and Aubrey (Christ) Schwartz; 7 great-grandchildren and a brother, Robert (Kay) Hall.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Gretzon, her parents, a son, Charles Gretzon, 2 infant children, a grandson, Jason Gretzon and two sisters, Elaine and Joan.
Donna will be laid to rest at Wanderer's Rest Cemetery, Gillett. A visitation will be held at Newcomer-Green Bay Chapel (340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay), Tuesday, March 10, 2020 from 4 to 6 PM. A funeral service will follow at 6 PM.
