Donna G. Freeman

Donna G. Freeman, 71, of De Pere, belove wife of Dan Freeman, departed this life on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at St. Luke's Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Donna was born on November 21, 1944 in Green Bay, daughter of the late Warrington and Angeline LaRock. She worked for many years as a CNA until her retirement in 2006. Donna was a huge Elvis fan, and also an avid Packers fan. She enjoyed bowling, baking, dancing, and traveling. Donna enjoyed going to lunch with friends, and religious retreats. Mostly Donna love to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren whom she loved to go shopping with.

Donna's memory will live on with her husband Dan of De Pere, and her children: Tammy G. Hendricks, Peter E. (Laurie) Hendricks Jr., Mindy M. (Tom) Lepp, and Cristy A. (Joe) Freeman - Machkovich. She also leaves a brother Warren "Punky" LaRock and brothers & sisters-in-law Arnold (Lynne) Freeman, Arlin (Carol) Freeman, Delores (Roger) Meulemans, Elaine (Tom) Laluzerne, Mary (Jim) Tenor, Carol (Scott) Zettlemoyer. Donna also leaves her beloved grandchildren: Steve, Brooke, Rachael, Brandon, Kira, Kayla, Sebastian, Kasidi, and Skylar, her beloved pet "Teddy" along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. Donna is preceded in death by her brother James (Arlene) LaRock, father-in-law Jack "Pops" & mother-in-law Lucy "Mom" Freeman.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 21st from 4 - 7 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 340 S. Monroe Avenue, Green Bay. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, June 22nd at 10:30 AM at St. Willibrord Parish in Green Bay those attending should meet directly at the Church. Entombment will follow at Nicolet Memorial Gardens. Donna's family wishes to express a great deal of the thanks to Tammy RN and the staff of St. Luke's Hospital for their wonderful care of Donna.
