Donald J. Teich

Donald John Teich, age 84, of Kewaunee, WI, passed away peacefully, Sunday, November 27, 2022 at a local hospital. He was born December 21, 1937 in Algoma, WI, son of the late Edwin and Julia (Wortiska) Teich and was a graduate of Algoma High School, Class of 1956.

Don married Marilyn Stellwagen, September 6, 1958 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Sturgeon Bay, WI. They shared 53 years of marriage before she preceded him in death, November 15, 2011. He retired from Proctor & Gamble, January 20, 1996, after 29 years of service.

Donald enjoyed listening to Polka music, cars/car shows and going to the casino. He was an avid sports fan and liked watching all types of sporting events. Don and Marilyn enjoyed traveling together.

Donald is survived by his children: Lawrence Teich and his children, Lauren and Alex; Sharon (Larry) Duescher; Sue (David) Budzban and their children: Christopher (Kira) Budzban, Kenneth (Stephanie Carr) Budzban and Michelle (Dave) DeGrave; and Vicki (Brian) Jergenson and great-grandchildren: Levi and Arlo Budzban and Dawson DeGrave.

He was also preceded in death by his father and mother-in-law, Elizabeth and Lawrence Stellwagen; brother-in-law, Edward Stellwagen and sister-in-law, Elda Riederer.

In accordance with Donald's wishes, private services are being held.
