Dolores Pashek, age 88, of Lena, passed away peacefully, Saturday, December 9, 2023 in Green Bay, surrounded by her family. She was born January 8, 1935 in Town of Brazeau, WI, daughter of the late Roland and Hazel (Couvillion) Magee and was a graduate of Lena High School.
She continued her education at NWTC, where she became an LPN, lending her caring services to skilled nursing facilities, retiring at the age of 75. Dolores married Earl Pashek, November 15, 1952 at St. Charles Rectory, Lena, WI. They shared 22 years of marriage and were blessed with 13 children. Earl passed away, November 14, 1974. Later, Dolores shared a relationship of 38 years with Harold St. Louis, blending their 2 families together.
Dolores is known for her quick wit and smart sense of humor. She loved playing cards, canning, baking and gardening. She was also an avid fisherwoman. Her most cherished memories were spending time with her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Dolores is survived by 10 children: James Pashek, Barb Eggert, John (Tracey Rosenthal) Pashek, Toni (David) Stank, Sandy (Leonard) Leisner, Tammey (Leo) Riley, Jeff (Missy) Pashek, Jackie (Mark) Malecki, Laura (Micah) Leppala and Jay (Kris) Pashek; Harold's children: DeAnne Glime, Randy (Christy) St. Louis, Greg St. Louis, Andrew (Lori) St. Louis, Chris St. Louis and Danny (Tanya) St. Louis; 42 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren (and 1 on the way!); 3 great-great-grandchildren and 5 siblings: Joyce Duffek, Gerald Magee, Wayne Magee, Lorna (Kurt) Meadke and Doreen Dietrich. She is further survived by a son-in-law, Melvin Prue; sister-in-law, Lenora "Sis" Magee, special niece, Janet (Richard "Chubs") Greason, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Earl; 3 children: Patti Pashek, Cheryl Prue and Lisa Pashek; a granddaughter, Charity Prue; long time partner, Harold St. Louis; 2 brothers, Leonard and Ronald (Louise) Magee; brother-in-law, Clarence Duffek; sisters-in-law, Betty Jo and Joan Magee and a step-son-in-law, Joe Glime.
A celebration of Dolores' life will be held at Romy's Holiday Inn (9602-9674 E Co Hwy G, Suring, WI 54174), Sunday, January 7, 2024 at 1 PM.
