Dianne Mildred Pirlot, 77, of Green Bay, passed away on June 26, 2017, with her family by her side.
Dianne was born on January 10, 1940 in Green Bay, WI daughter of Edward and Erna (Bergelin) Lorberblatt.
She was a Registered Nurse, working at St. Vincent's Hospital on the 4th floor before retiring after 35 years.
Dianne married Glenn G. Pirlot on September 29, 1962. He preceded her in death on July 5, 2005.
She was of member of St. Matthew Catholic Parish.
In her spare time she enjoyed spending time at the cottage in Pembine, WI with family, lunch dates with co-workers and her Allouez Girls Group. Most of all she loved spending time with family, helping take care of grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed the chaos that ensued with her large family around her.
Dianne is survived by her children: Mary Ellen M. (Ronald) Caldie, Christopher J. (Mary Jo) Pirlot, Karen L. Degeneffe, Michelle M. (James) Contois and Eileen J. (Christopher) Janssen; grandchildren: Grace Caldie, Katie Pirlot, Jared Pirlot, Joshua Degeneffe, Mason Degeneffe, Alexander Contois, William Contois, Evelyn Janssen, Lillian Janssen and Margaret Janssen; great-grandchildren: Royale, Angel and Jason; sisters: Elaine (Gary) Gerondale, Susan (Skip) Krawczyk and Mary (Don) Butnick and her grand-dog, Henry.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Glenn; granddaughter, Celia and brother, James.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 30, 2017 from 4:00 pm-7:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay, concluded by a parish prayer service at 6:30 pm. Visitation will continue on Saturday, July 1, 2017, from 9:30 am until 10:30 am at St. Matthew Parish, 130 St Matthews St, Green Bay, WI. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am with Rev. Bob Kabat officiating. Burial will be at St. Peter's Cemetery in Lincoln.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Hospice & Palliative Care Compassus, especially Tara and Craig who took care of Mom and guided all of us kids in how to care for Mom.
