Dianne R. Petersen, 74, of Green Bay, beloved wife of Glenn Petersen, departed this life on Friday, August 17, 2018 at her home with her family and friends at her side.
Dianne was born on July 11, 1944 in Green Bay, daughter of the late Glendon and Joyce (Burdick) LaFrombois. She was a graduate of Green Bay West High School class of 1962. She retired after over 50 years of service as the Office Manager for Dr. Pope and later Dr. Staehly. In her spare time Dianne was an avid reader, loved knitting, crocheting, fishing and camping. Dianne loved spending time with her friends and family. She enjoyed movie nights every second Tuesday with her friends. She enjoyed her many dogs through the years.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years Glenn. Dianne also leaves her brother Wayne (Glenda Jeanne) LaFrombois along with special friends, Bill (Mo) Bishop, and Teri Couillard. A brother-in-law, Warren (Teresa) Petersen and sisters-in-law, Jean LaFrombois and Jenny Petersen. She also leaves numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Dianne is preceded in death by her brother, Glen LaFrombois and brother-in-law, Darrell Petersen.
At Dianne's request all services are private. The Newcomer - Green Bay Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.
Dianne's family wishes to thank the staff of Unity Hospice for the care given to her through her final journey.
