Diane E. Simental

Diane E. Simental, 71, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Monday, August 30, 2021. She was born on January 27, 1950 in Racine, WI.

Diane worked in the health care field for over 20 years. She had a passion for helping individuals with disabilities. In her spare time, Diane loved to go swimming with her grandkids, dance, and go thrifting at the local rummage sales. Family was Diane's first priority in her life; she loved spending time with them and was a very involved grandmother and mother. She loved traveling, some of her favorite places being Mexico, Door County and Arizona. On June 27, 2001 she married her "mi amor", Tomas Simental.

She is survived by her husband, Tomas; children: Geraldo Aviles, Thomas Simental, Teresa (Eduardo) Salazar, Christina Cervantes, Sandra (Jose) Santos, Tony (Jasmine) Simental and Jeanna Simental; grandchildren: Tony, Armando, Ava, Adrien Aviles, Eddie, Igancia, Chris, Giszelle, Andres, Jeszlynn, Illario, Itzyanna, Ilian, Aleida, Hadley, Jose, Lillyana, Tony, Gabriella, Erick, Yaneli; siblings: Jean Krueger and Dennis Beaugrand. Diane is further survived by her nieces: Lisa Coronado, Michelle Saldana, Maria Saldana, Shannon Beaugrand, Marcella Guerrero, Marlina Saldana, and two nephews: Fernando and Jason Coronado.

Diane was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Mildred Beaugrand; sons: Cory and Adrian Aviles; siblings: Eugene, James, Lawrence, Patricia, Connie, Ronald, Gerald, Richard and Joan.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 10, 2021 from 5 pm to 7 pm. A funeral ceremony will follow at 7 pm. Diane will be laid to rest in Fort Howard Memorial Park. To leave an online condolence please click the share button below.
