Delores Rossi

Delores J. Rossi, age 84, passed away on Monday, March 30, 2015 surrounded by family.
She was born in St. Paul, MN on November 27, 1930, a daughter of the late Joseph and Emma (Smith) Habas. She attended local schools, and also attended Cosmetology School in St. Paul. Delores worked as a meat wrapper for over 20 years at Byerly's in Edina, MN retiring in 1993. She was a member of the United Food and Commercial Workers, local #653 of Plymouth, MN.
Other interests included gardening and reading; however her greatest joy was spending time with her family. She will be sadly missed.
She is survived by her daughters Rene Ripka and Paula (Kent) Gunderson; her grandchildren Jody, Richard and Tony; her great-grandchildren Nicholas and Vincent and her great-great-grandchildren Ethan and Tamara Rene. She is further survived by her brothers Clyde (Mary Ellen) Habas of St. Paul, MN and Curt (Delores) Jones of Luck, WI and their families.
Friends and relatives may call on Thursday, April 2, 2015 from 1 to 2 PM at FT. HOWARD MEMORIAL PARK (1350 N. Military Avenue, Green Bay). A funeral service will follow at 2 PM.
The family sends special thanks to all the doctors and staff at Grancare Nursing Home and St. Mary's Hospital.
