David E. Lundy

David E. Lundy, age 85, passed away on Thursday May 19, 2022 at Bellin Medical Center. He was born on June 28, 1936 in Illinois the son of the late Walter and Anna Lundy. He was united in marriage to Roberta Strahorn on June 30, 1956; their marriage was blessed with five children. David worked in sales with United States Steel (Cyclone Fence Division) for over 35 years. He enjoyed his 1979 Dodge Custom Van, the Conquistador; receiving over 600 trophies at car shows. He was an avid bowler in the Green Bay area, and very devoted to his family.

He is survived by his wife, Roberta of 66 years, five children: Deborah (Ken) McAllister, Jennifer (Christopher) Throne, David A. (Lori) Lundy, Jacquelyn (Gary) Matuszak and Holly (Paul) Hightower; 16 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren; further survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and three brothers and three sisters.

Friends and family may visit on Monday, May 23, 2022 at Newcomer Chapel, 340 S. Monroe Ave., from 10:00 am until 11:00 am with a memorial service to follow at 11:00 am. The family would like to extend a thank you to all the staff at Bellin, in the ED and the ICU for their wonderful care.
