David Allen Lewis 29, passed away unexpectedly in a car accident early morning on November 20th, 2020.
David is survived by his father Cracker (Clayborn) Lewis, two brothers, Travis Lee Lewis and Robby Joe Lewis, David's son Dominic, Dominic's mother Kylie Stage, as well as one nephew Axyl Lee Lewis.
David was preceded in death by his beloved mother Holly VanderMeulen and his uncle Dave VanderMeulen.
The Lewis boys knew the struggle of loss at an early age. With that being said, an education fund is set up for David's beautiful three-year-old son Dominic in lieu of flowers to help contribute to Dominic's future.
