David James Bechard

David James Bechard, 52, Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly, Friday, October 12, 2012. He was born February 14, 1960 in Milwaukee, to Dr. James Bechard and Jean Kolbusz. He married his high school sweetheart and soul mate, Joan Paape on August 2, 1986, in Green Bay. Dave's best friends were his two sons, Joe and Jon who will dearly miss him. Card games on Sundays will never be the same without their father. The family takes comfort in knowing that Dave is fishing with his dad, and his uncle Dick.

Survivors include his loving wife of 26 years, Joan; 2 sons, Joe (special friend, Jasmine Lantagne) and Jon (special friend, Jackie); mother, Jean; sisters: Nancy (Robert) Eggleston, Mary (Roger) Le Beau, Jane (special friend, Charles DeFrance) DeMoulin, and Karen Schwartz; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The family knows that Jamie will especially miss her uncle and Kramer will miss his buddy.

He was preceded in death by his father and his best uncle, Dick.
Family and friends may call Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay, from 10:00am until 1:00pm with a Sharing of Memories at 1:00pm.
